Finding Joy in Simple, Everyday Moments – Teanette<\/em><\/h2>

I\u2019m Teanette (Tea for short), a British blogger in my mid-40s, navigating this stage of life with curiosity, humour, and a refusal to slow down. I write about what matters most to women like me\u2014health, travel, lifestyle, and the real, unfiltered experiences that come with middle age.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

Let\u2019s be honest:<\/strong> getting older comes with its challenges. Perimenopause? Yep, I\u2019m in it. Changing priorities? Absolutely. But I don\u2019t believe for a second that life after 40 is about fading into the background. If anything, it\u2019s a time to embrace who we are, prioritise ourselves, and explore what truly makes us feel alive.<\/p>

I\u2019m here to have real conversations\u2014about health without the fads, travel without the guilt, and living fully without waiting for permission. My writing is honest, practical, and always with a touch of humour because, let\u2019s face it, midlife can be wildly unpredictable.<\/p>

I don\u2019t have it all figured out, but I do know this: life in your 40s isn\u2019t the end of the story\u2014it\u2019s the start of a whole new chapter.
